BOOTH Rewards accrues points on booth rent, bookings, and referrals processed through the platform. Points post automatically. Tiers apply multipliers to future earnings. Redemptions happen in the rewards shop. This guide documents earn rules, tier thresholds, and redemption flow.
Earn rules
Each dollar of booth rent paid through BOOTH earns 1 point. No opt in required. Bookings paid on your BOOTH page and successful referrals add to the same balance. Rent on autopay earns at 2× the base rate. Enable autopay when you accept a shop rental plan.
Bonuses and streaks
New barbers receive 100 points on the first payment and 250 when joining their first shop. Refer a barber who starts paying through BOOTH to earn 500 points. On time rent streaks unlock milestone bonuses: 500 points at 3 months, 1,000 at 6 months, and 2,500 at 12 consecutive on time payments.
Conversion rate
100 points equals $1 toward eligible products in the rewards shop. Points are not rent credit. Redemptions ship from partner catalogs to your address.
Tier multipliers
Lifetime points set your tier and multiplier on earnings after you reach that tier: Bronze: 0+ points, 1× multiplier Silver: 1,000+ points, 1.1× multiplier Gold: 5,000+ points, 1.25× multiplier Platinum: 15,000+ points, 1.5× multiplier Crossing into Gold applies 1.25× to the next rent payment and all payments after.
Rewards shop catalog
The shop lists partner SKUs: clippers, trimmers, styling products, capes, neck strips, wellness offers, and fitness credits. Each listing shows point cost and partner discount. Current partners include Blade & Co. Supply, Crown Pomade, Sharp & Clean Co., CryoZone Recovery, GreenRoots Nutrition, and FitLab Studios. Open /rewards for the live catalog.
Redeem and audit balance
Go to Dashboard → Rewards for balance, tier, earn history, and available redemptions. Select an item, confirm the point spend, and the partner fulfills shipment. Points remain active while your account is active. History lists every earn and redeem event.
Start earning
Points accrue only on payments processed through BOOTH. Connect Stripe under Dashboard → Account for booking payouts. Accept your shop rental plan with autopay enabled. Dashboard → Booths shows chair, rate, and next charge. Dashboard → Payments holds your history. Dashboard → Rewards holds points. All three read the same underlying transactions.
