A booth agreement used to be a handshake, or a PDF someone printed, signed, photographed, and texted back. On BOOTH, the owner sends it from the shop page, the barber signs on their phone, and both keep the same signed PDF, with the record staying in the shop roster next to the rent it governs. No printing and no separate signature app. The owner picks the chair, the rental plan, the rate, the schedule, and the terms, then sends the agreement to a barber on the roster, who gets a notification and a pending item on their Booths page. The barber opens the shop under Dashboard → Booths, reads the agreement, and signs with touch or a trackpad. The signature is stored as drawn input rather than typed text, and there's no checkbox version; the signed PDF is the system of record for who holds the chair and on what terms. When the signature is complete, BOOTH renders the PDF with the shop's branding, the terms, the signature, and a timestamp, and both sides can download it from the shop page or the Booths page.
Check three fields before you sign
Chair number or name, rate, and billing schedule. Those three drive the autopay amount and cadence the moment you accept, so a wrong rate becomes a wrong charge on the first billing date. If anything is off, message the owner before signing; they can void the agreement and resend a corrected one from the shop page. Once signed, the agreement links to the rental plan on the roster, and autopay and the payment record follow the terms in the document.
