BOOTH generates booth rental agreements from the shop page. The owner sends the document. The barber signs on device. Both parties receive the same signed PDF. No print step. No external signature tool. The record lives in the shop roster.
1. Owner sends the agreement
From the shop page, the owner selects the chair, rental plan, rate, schedule, and terms, then sends the agreement to the barber on the roster. The barber receives a notification and a pending item on their Booths page.
2. Barber signs on device
Open the shop entry under Dashboard → Booths. Review the agreement text, then sign with touch or trackpad input. The signature is stored as drawn input, not typed text.
3. Both parties receive the PDF
BOOTH renders a signed PDF when the barber completes the signature. The file includes shop branding, agreement terms, signature, and timestamp. The owner and barber each retain a copy in BOOTH. Download is available from the shop page and the barber Booths page.
Signature capture
Agreements use drawn signatures rather than checkbox acceptance. The signed PDF is the system of record for chair assignment and rent terms.
Verify before signing
Confirm three fields: chair number or name, rate, and billing schedule. Those fields drive autopay amount and cadence after acceptance. If any value is incorrect, message the owner before signing. The owner can void and resend an updated agreement from the shop page.
Signed agreements link to the rental plan on the roster. Autopay and payment records follow the terms in the document.
