Today we're launching BOOTH Search on Product Hunt. It helps barbers find shops to work at, and helps shop owners fill their open chairs. Enter a city, see which shops have open booths, compare rental options, and message the owner. Search builds on our listings and Browse Shops with one direct question: where do you want to work? As of October 1, our directory includes 64 shops across 37 cities, with 185 open booths listed. We've been building coverage in cities including Chicago, Miami, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, and Berwyn, and Search gives those shops more visibility. We're also introducing Guest Pass, built to help barbers find temporary work at a shop, whether they're visiting a city, building a clientele, or trying out a new team. Search includes an International mode that opens up shops in cities like London, Tokyo, Mexico City, and Toronto. It's a first look at what we want Guest Pass to become: barbers traveling as artists, sharing their work in new cities, learning from new teams, and finding a chair ready for them wherever they land. Licensing requirements can limit where a barber is allowed to work, and we're designing Guest Pass with that in mind. It focuses on connecting barbers with shops while they travel for education, content creation, and creative collaboration. BOOTH has been in open beta since December 28, 2025. Search and Guest Pass are the last major release we have planned before we leave beta and seek funding, and we want more barbers and owners on the platform to help shape what comes next.
