Step 1
Invite or accept a barber
Invite someone you already work with from your shop page, or accept an inquiry from a barber who found your listing. Both paths attach the barber to your shop roster.
Step 2
Assign a rental plan
Select the plan and chair for this barber. The plan sets the amount and billing cycle — you do not enter rent manually each period.
Step 3
Send the rental agreement
Generate the booth rental contract from your shop page and send it for signature. The barber signs on their phone; both parties receive a signed PDF with your logo.
Step 4
Enable autopay
With a card on file, the plan renews on schedule — weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Autopay removes manual rent collection.
Step 5
Track payments in the dashboard
Scheduled payments shows upcoming charges. Transactions shows completed payments. Status updates per barber and per chair when money moves.
